Today I was chairing a meeting at work. Where I work, it is customary for the chair of the meeting to provide cakes/biscuits/sweets. I decided to make chocolate truffles on Ali’s recommendation. Below are a couple of pics of me making them and then a pic of the end product. They were a great success but extremely filling and eating two in a row is a challenge.
